We will pick you up at Srinagar International Airport and will take you to the skiing resort of Gulmarg. After check in and some rest, you will leave for the equipment shop with your guide to take the equipment and reach back to hotel where your instructor will be waiting to introduce himself and discuss a basic snowboarding plan as per your needs.

On the second day your instructor will accompany you to the slopes to teach some basic snowboarding techniques and controlling your board on the slopes. You’ll be practicing what you learn, while also enjoying some Kashmiri hot drinks. In the evening or as per your request, our guide will take you back to your hotel.

After another chilling morning and a hot and heavy breakfast you will leave for your second day of snowboarding lessons. After warm up you will try to go down the smaller slopes on your board practicing and balancing yourself while on it. Your instructor will still keep a watch on how you improve and is always there to help. Think of the first time you learned to ride a bicycle, that experience will be refreshed again!

Our guide will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the slopes. After warm up your snowboarding instructor will teach you how to take turns while riding down the slopes, turns as well as parallel turns. You’ll spend your day enjoying your basic skills as well as mastering them!

Another exciting day with the board awaits you. Today you will ride some little harder slopes and try to turn and balance your board as well as some jumping, while riding these slopes. After this you will ride 1st phase on the next day onwards. The day will be spent preparing you for the 1st phase Gondola slopes. In the evening or as per our request our guide will take you back to your hotel.

After another hot breakfast, our guide will take you to gondola ropeway from where you will go to 1st phase. The 1st phase provides an opportunity to challenge yourself as it provides a long slope to ride and is a little bit harder than regular slopes. Your snowboarding instructor will help you overcome the challenge and teach you how to ride steep terrains and jump accordingly. By evening you’ll have an experience to share with your family and friends on Social Media!

After another morning filled with some hot drinks and a full breakfast, our guide will again take you to gondola from where you will go to the 1st phase again. On the second day on 1st phase, you will be putting your snowboarding skills to test as you will be looking to ride faster and take parallel turns and maintain a balance, do air jumps. At the end of this day you will be an intermediate level snowboarder and can ride any slope. We bet you’ll be sharing your achievement with your family and friends by the 7th day!

On day 08, you will be looking to enjoy snowboarding on the 1st phase as this is the last day of your trip. If your snowboarding is pretty good then you can also enjoy a ride on the chairlift. Don’t forget the hot drinks.

We bet by this time you’ll be promising yourself to come back the next winter as you look at to get to advance stages! You’ll most likely be dreaming about snowboarding on that night!

Once you’ve successfully completed your snowboarding adventure, you’ll be heading home. After your last hot breakfast, our car will take you to the Srinagar international airport. Along your way back to home you’ll have a huge collection of memories to take with you and a promise to yourself that you’ll be back the next winter to further refine your skills, meet your new friends at TeamKAT again.
