How many days are enough in Gulmarg?

In my opinion, this really depends upon a couple factors like:

Why you’re here is important? Some people just want to see Gulmarg for what it is and are really not into spending time here. These are the day visitor types. But some people are here to experience the aura that is Gulmarg. If you’re here to take a break from the hot climate of your destination, then we recommend no less than a few days. Similarly, if it’s winter and you’re here to learn skiing, snowboarding or just to see snowfall. Then you have to be here for at least a week to be able enjoy these things.

There really no one size fits all type of answer that I could give you. But if you’re here to enjoy yourself or are a slow enjoyer like me i.e., you like to do one thing at a time, then in my humble opinion you should be staying for a week at least.
